1. Criminal Case

UIP represented and won the criminal case which was awarded No.1 of the “JETRO Top 10 IPR Case of 2008”.

2. Administrative Case
UIP had conducted hundreds of administrative raid actions within the country.  And with both investigation and legal ability, UIP could, in accordance with customer requirement, file lawsuits on infringers for compensation after raid actions, which could impose double attack and long lasting deterrence on infringers.

3. Civil Case
UIP designed large scales of litigation IPR protection mode for one Sports brand. By applying the protection mode, the Sports brand filed thousands of lawsuits each year within China with extremely low cost, and had achieved great effects. Take Guangzhou for example, market shares of infringing products of the brand dropped to 1.4% in 2009 from 40% in 2006.

4. Custom Case
The case “MMC Ribbon Cartridges infringed EPSON Trademark” (Enforcement department: Gongbei Custom), represented by UIP, had been awarded “Top 10 Custom Case of 2008” and “Guangdong Province Top 10 IPR case of 2009”.
