Since the national special campaign against IPR infringement and counterfeiting and piracy was launched in October 2010, SIPO has achieved palpable results in IPR enforcement by stepping up IPR enforcement at exhibitions and processing of IPR complaints. Currently, SIPO has submitted six IPR infringement cases including Shanghai Huapeng Explosion-proof Technology Compang and Victorinox Company to the leading group of the State Council of China.

The national IPR administration plans to wage an intensive IPR enforcement inspection at major shopping malls, wholesale markets, as well as national and international exhibitions. According to the deployment of the State Council, 67 IPR enforcement assistance centers nationwide has promoted assistance to right enforcement and compliant and tipping taking work, bolster organization construction and expand public education coverage since the launch of the program in October 2010.
